TEMPORARY CLINIC CLOSURES
The Public Health Center at La Grand Plaza Mall is closed until the La Grand Plaza Mall reopens for business.
All Tarrant County Public Health Centers and offices will be closed on Monday, March 30 in observance of the Cesar Chavez holiday.
Beginning Tuesday, March 31, several Public Health clinics will temporarily close to limit possible staff exposure to COVID-19, but others will remain open to provide needed services.
All but two immunization clinics will temporarily close. The Southeast Public Health Center on Randol Mill in Arlington AND Public Health's Main Campus on S. Main Street in Fort Worth will remain open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Call ahead for appointments.
WIC will temporarily close 10 locations but will have these six locations open for curb side service only:
-Green Oaks in Arlington
-Public Health's Main Campus on S. Main Street, Fort Worth
-Resource Connection/south Fort Worth
Operating hours for all these clinics starting Tues., March 31 will be 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday.
The WIC Call Center will be open from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., Monday - Friday. Applications can be made by phone. Please call 817-321-5400.
