    Ways to Pay In Our Offices



    Drop Box

    • No need to wait in line.
    • Checks Only - please include your account number and phone number on your check.
    • Your payment is posted with the date you dropped the payment.
    • Cash and credit/debit cards are not accepted in the Drop Box. 
    • Please mark your statement if you would like us to mail you a receipt.  Allow up to 4 weeks to receive a receipt.
    • Access our online payment application to verify payment has been posted. Allow 7-10 days for a payment from the Drop Box to be posted.




    • Located inside or adjacent to each of our offices. 
    • Debit/Credit card (American Express, Mastercard, Visa or Discover) or E-check accepted at the kiosk.  No gift cards, payroll cards, etc.
    • Must create or use an existing account to pay at the kiosk.
    • The kiosk is easy to use; however, instructions are located at each kiosk should you need assistance.
    • Search your accounts, verify payments are made, print a statement.
    • Print a receipt.



    By Phone

    • Call 817-884-1110 from your home phone or mobile device.
    • In a hurry?  Call while you are in line.  No need to continue waiting once the payment is accepted!
    • Debit/Credit (American Express, Mastercard, Visa or Discover) cards are accepted by phone.   No gift cards, payroll cards, etc.
    • E-Checks accepted.
    • Due to a high volume of calls, you may experience a long wait to speak to an operator.
    • Access our online payment application to verify payment has been posted or to print a receipt.  Allow 1-3 days for a payment by phone to be posted.



    Take a Number

    • During this high volume time period, expect long wait times especially the last week of January.
    • Have your statement ready at the window.  If you do not have a statement, we can look up your account. 
    • You may also print a statement from the kiosk for a faster experience at the window.
    • Cash, Check, Credit/Debit (Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express) cards are accepted at the window.  No gift cards, payroll cards, etc.






    Tarrant County has the second highest number of property tax accounts in the State of Texas. In keeping with our Mission Statement, we strive for excellence in all areas of property tax collections. 

    Our primary focus is on taking care of citizens.  Please complete a blue comment card and drop in the designated location when you visit our offices, or email and let us know how we are doing.
