Chief Deputy Sanders is a Master Peace Officer with over 36 years of Texas service, having served in the police departments of Benbrook, Forest Hill and Double Oak, before coming to the Constable’s Office in 2006 as a reserve and then serving full time since 2008. He is a graduate of the Texas Leadership Command College, holds an Executive Certificate in Criminal Justice from Liberty University and a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Sam Houston State University. In addition to his administrative responsibilities, he serves as an Instructor for the Justice Court Training Center at Texas State University and holds a Civil Process Proficiency Certification. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
Senior Deputy Arter is a Master Peace Officer with 27 years of Texas service having served the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office before coming to the Constable’s Office in 2003. He is a graduate of the Constable Leadership College at Sam Houston State University and the School of Police Supervision from the Institute for Law Enforcement Administration. He is the first line supervisor of deputies in the field and he serves as a Field Training Officer, a Background Investigator and the Homeland Security Information Coordinator for the agency. He holds a Civil Process Profiency Certification.
Deputy Juarez is a Master Peace Officer with over 16 years of service in Texas, having served both the Dallas and Tarrant County Sheriffs’ Offices before coming to the Constable’s Office in 2017. He serves as a Field Training Officer for new deputies and as the Public Information Officer for the Constable.
Deputy Romero is an Advanced Peace Officer with over 13 years of service in Texas, having served in the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Police, Irving City Marshal and Burleson City Marshal offices before beginning his work at the Constable’s Office in 2020. He serves as the Assistant Firearms Proficiency Officer, a Background Investigator, and is a certified Instructor.
Deputy Westen is a Master Peace Officer who has served Texas for over 29 years. His service in the Constable’s Office began in 2019 after he had served in the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office for 27 years. He serves as a Field Training Officer for new deputies.
Deputy Hinojosa is a Master Peace Officer with over 32 years of service in Texas, having served the Euless Police Department for 30 years. He began his service to the Constable’s Office in 2020.
Deputy Wooten is a Master Peace Officer with over 38 years of service in Texas and Oklahoma, having served in both county and municipal law enforcement. He began his service to the Constable’s Office in Precinct 1 in 2019 after having served in Precinct 2 for over 11 years.
Deputy Gerlikovski is an Advanced Peace Officer with over 15 years of service in Texas. He began his service to the Constable’s Office in Precinct 1 in 2013 after having served in Precinct 3 and the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office. He holds a Civil Process Proficiency Certification.
Deputy Shelby is a Master Peace Officer with over 45 years of Texas service, including Arlington Police Department and the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office. He serves as the Bailiff of the Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 Court and as the Firearms Training Proficiency Officer for the Constable’s Office. He holds a Civil Process Proficiency Certification and is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
Mrs. Uimaitua Smile Nua has been with the Constable’s Office since 2007 and has served as the Office Manager since 2015. She holds a Civil Process Proficiency Certification.
Ms. Rivera recently began her service with the Constable’s office in early 2021. She serves as an administrative secretary, preparing all incoming cases for distribution to the other precincts in Tarrant County.
Ms. Aguirre began her service in Tarrant County in 2014 at the County Clerk’s office and moved to the Constable’s Office in 2018. She serves as an administrative secretary processing incoming and outgoing cases from the Constable.
