Due to the hazardous road conditions in the morning, the criminal courts will not be holding dockets on Friday, February 3, 2023, with three exceptions.

Exceptions:

CDC1 will be holding docket Friday February 3, 2023, as scheduled.

297th District Court will be holding docket Friday, February 3, 2023, as scheduled.

CDC2 will be holding docket Friday, February 3, 2023, but will be a delayed start of 10:00am

All other Criminal Court dockets will  be rescheduled to a future date.

If you are eligible for the First Offender Drug Program you MUST complete an application within 90 days of your case filing....NO EXCEPTIONS****
