    Estimated Completion Date: Late Spring/Early Summer 2022

    This project is to widen North White Chapel Boulevard from two lanes, to a four lane, divided roadway between Highland Street and Emerald Boulevard. There will also be an eight-foot-wide multi-use path that will provide the major non-motorized access to Carroll High School and Bicentennial Park.
