Tarrant County Public Health announces August immunization events
July 26, 2019 (Tarrant County, TX) - Tarrant County Public
Health (TCPH) in partnership with the Immunization Collaboration of
Tarrant County will offer back-to-school immunizations from Aug. 3 to
30. Immunizations are available for children on Medicaid and CHIP as
well as children who are underinsured or uninsured.
Payment accepted by cash, check or Medicaid/CHIP only. To see a list
of locations, hours of operation, vaccine recommendations by age and
other information go to shots.tarrantcounty.com. All TCPH
immunization clinics will be closed in August.
"Now
is the time to make sure your children have all their vaccinations and
are ready to start school in the fall," said TCPH Director Vinny Taneja.
