Alcohol Couseling Reporting

If you received an occupational drivers license you may have received a form to forward to the court to report your participation in alcohol counseling. Check the Order Granting Occupational License for the frequency of meetings you are required to attend and whether you are required to report your attendance to the court.

If you must attend weekly meetings: Your report must be received by 5 p.m. on the Monday after the week you attended meetings. For example, if you are to attend three meetings per week you must report that attendance by the Monday folllowing the week you attended the meetings.

If you must attend monthly meetings: Your report must be received by 5 p.m. on the first day of the month after you attended the required meetings. For example, if you are required to attend six meetings per month and you attend them in January you must report that attendance by the first day of February.

Failure to file a timely report will result in revocation of your Occupational Drivers License without further notice. Such a revocation will prohibit the issuance of any license to you for at least 60 days.

Alcoholics Anonymous is not required. Any personal, church or secular recovery program is acceptable.
