Household Occupancy and Address Verification

Members are not required to live or work in Tarrant County.  New Members must submit the Aquatic Center Membership Application and Rules and Guidelines forms online.  Once the forms are completed online the applicant will receive an email containing instructions on how to complete the process to receive their membership badge granting access to the facility. A pre-payment must be received before the membership badge is created and distributed.

ALL participants in a family membership must prove that they occupy the same household before they may use the facility. Address verification is required for all members in the household age eighteen (18) and older.

We will accept one of the following for address occupancy verification: Utility/Cable/Internet/Streaming, Service Bill, Mortgage/Lease Documents, Valid State Issued ID or Voter Registration Card, School Documents.

Payments and Billing

A payment of the first month’s membership is required for all new and returning members.

The facility does not operate on annual contracts or EFT’s: it is attendance based. Members are only billed for the months they attend and badge into the facility. Members must pay the first day of  the month or prior to entering the pool for the first time each month.

    ***If you attend one time in a calendar month, you are billed for the entire month.
    *** Any members who become past due or has not paid the membership fee for the month will be unable to enter the facility until their account is in good standing and they have paid the monthly membership fee.

Membership Status Change Requests are accepted at any time, but depending on the request may not go into effect until the beginning of the next billing cycle/month. 

    *** A request to add a person(s) can be submitted during the month but doesn’t go into effect until the difference in membership fee between the change in account status is paid.  
    *** A member can be removed from a membership plan, but this change can only occur on the first day of the month. Any change requests to decrease a membership submitted after the first of the month will not take effect until the first day of the following month and billing cycle.

Primary Member Information

Please list all family members who will be covered under this membership, including yourself. ALL members on a family membership MUST live in the same household and may be required to provide address occupancy verification to complete the membership process. All family members MUST also complete a Tarrant County Resource Connection Waiver before a badge is issued for membership.

Facility Status Notification System Opt-In/Opt-Out

The purpose of the Facility Status Notification System is to efficiently relay important announcements for the aquatic center facility notifications. Examples of announcements include, inclement weather closures, emergency facility closures and/or repairs, and/or emergency campus closures, or reminders of holiday closures.


Reservations are preferred, but if you would like to participant in the first come, first serve “Member Swim” program, you must Opt-In for the Facility Status Notification System.


By completing this form, I understand and acknowledge that I am requesting facility notifications, from the Aquatic Center at the Resource Connection, via the above indicated telephone number and/or email. I understand and acknowledge that if I wish to change my contact preferences, in the future, I must contact an Aquatic Staff member directly and complete the required form.
