vaccinated family

Tarrant County Public Health provides immunizations at our public health clinics. Use our vaccine finder to find a location nearest to you. If you need assistance or to schedule an appointment, call the Tarrant County Public Health Call Center at 817-248-6299.

Immunizations are available for children on Medicaid and CHIP as well as children who are underinsured (their insurance does not cover vaccines) or uninsured.

As part of Tarrant County Public Health efforts to eradicate vaccine-preventable diseases, our Immunization Outreach team collaborates with local schools by traveling to and administering vaccinations for school-aged children.

To help you keep up with your family's immunization records, you can have them updated at ImmTrac2, the Texas Immunization Registry.

Our Immunizations clinic business hours are
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - noon and 1 - 5 p.m.
Select Saturdays are available at limited locations only.

Click on our vaccine finder to find a location nearest you.

Walk-ins are welcome until capacity is reached, but appointments are preferred. This is to ensure each of our clients receives adequate attention for their appointment time.

Activity Book for Kids, Adults

Our partners at the Texas Department of State Health Services have created an activity book for parents, teachers and children to help them further understand how vaccines prevent disease. Feel free to use this activity book in schools, communities and families to help children learn the importance of staying healthy.
