VITAL RECORDS FEE SCHEDULE

Vital Records Fee Schedule Effective January 2024

*OBTAINING A MARRIAGE LICENSE

1.   Must be at least 18 years of age.

2.  Both parties must appear in person.

3.  Must have current, valid government issued picture ID:  driver's license, state ID, passport, etc.  Additional information

4.  Know Social Security number, if applicable.

5.  72-hour waiting period after license is issued before being married.

6.  Marriage must take place within 90 days from the date license is issued.

7.  The fee is $76, payable by cash or credit/debit card payment types only.  If using a credit/debit card an additional processing fee will be applied.

*OBTAINING A COPY OF A MARRIAGE LICENSE

Copies may be obtained at any one of the courthouse locations listed below. If you are obtaining the copy in person, you will need to know the following information. Additionally, if you are requesting the information by mail, you will need to include the following information:

1.  Full name of groom

2.  Full name of bride at the time she applied for marriage license

3.  The year of the marriage
