    This project is to widen White Chapel Boulevard from two lanes, undivided to four lanes, divided between Highland Street and Emerald Boulevard. There will also be an eight-foot wide multi-use sidewalk that will provide the major non-motorized access to Lake Grapevine and to Carroll High School.
