This project widened Bowman Springs Road from two lanes to two lanes with a continuous center turn lane from Dick Price Road to Business 287. From Business 287 to the eastern city limit, Bowman Springs were widened and realigned to four lanes and the existing bridge located northwest of Pennsylvania Avenue was replaced.
