We will answer questions, do necessary tests, get you the right medications, make referrals to specialists as needed and listen to any concerns you may have.

Our clinic services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid and other insurance plans.  For those without insurance, fees are calculated on a sliding scale based on your monthly income. You will receive information regarding your individual fee scale from our eligibility staff.
