Reorganizing for greater success Tarrant County Public Health (TCPH) began a major restructuring of the department in 2017. This involved the reorganization of Public Health into four distinct areas; Clinical Services, Disease Control and Prevention, Family Health Services and Health Protection and Response. These changes were implemented to help clients and partners more quickly identify the services they need. They also reflect our efforts to become more accountable to our residents and stakeholders, while improving the quality of services we provide and allowing the innovative spirit to further improve all we do.
