    Approved by voters in the 2006 Bond Program

    •    Total Cost: $74,250,000 -- includes design, construction, furniture, etc.
    •    232,000 square feet
    •    7 levels (6 above grade and a basement)
    •    13 courtrooms: 10 assigned, 2 for future growth and 1 large courtroom on the 2nd floor

    It is an energy efficient building and will earn a gold level LEED certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
