Karen EdmondsonKaren Edmondson of Arlington has been appointed the new manager of the Mansfield office of the Tarrant County Tax Assessor-Collector, a position in which she has served on an interim basis for the past two months.  Edmondson is a 20-year veteran of the Tax Office and has worked in the downtown Fort Worth, Southwest, Poly and Arlington offices.  She was a supervisor for several years in the Arlington office before her current assignment.
"Karen's breadth of knowledge and experience along with her superior people skills make her a great asset to the Tax Office," said Tax Assessor-Collector Ron Wright.  "Mansfield is one of our most important offices because it's in a rapidly growing area of the county, and the people there deserve the best service from our best people.  Karen is a perfect fit, not only because of her ability, but because she lives nearby and is familiar with the South Arlington-Mansfield area."
