How payments can be made:

 

1. In Person: We accept cash (for exact amount only), money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express at the office between 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on County holidays. ***Financial transactions stop at 4 p.m.***

3. Online:
Online payment system will default for you to enter the citation number and case number.  Change the selections to last name and case number to locate your case.  To locate your case number see #5 below.

To locate your case number for your citation: 

You will need to select the court location (JP No. 5), and then click Class C Misdemeanors Only.  Search by defendant so you can locate your case by your name and date of birth.

 

Note:

  • A 2.35 percent surcharge is assessed on every credit card transaction.
  • A $30 NSF fee is assessed on all returned checks.
