    How long does it take?

...to get the order probating a will signed?

Because each instrument must be audited by the court's auditor and found in full compliance before being presented to the judge for his signature, a specific timeframe cannot be quoted.

    ...to probate a will?

The earliest a hearing can be set is the first monday after ten days have passed since the filing of the application. It also depends on the availability of the court's docket. At the hearing, the judge will enter an order probating the will, if everything is in full compliance of the relief requested.
