Exhibitors please see instruction below for setting up your exhibit booth.
May 6, 2020 between the hours of 12:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. you can stop by Will Rogers Amon G. Carter Jr. Exhibits Hall to set up your booth. Please note, Will Rogers will not charge you for parking on the set up day unless you are parked longer than 45 minutes.
When you arrive to set up your booth please come to the back entrance of the exhibtor hall to unload or load items for your booth. Once you arrive to set up your booth on May 6, 2019 you will be given your exhibitor folder which will contain your parking passes, lunch tickets and other important details regarding the event day.

When leaving the event please allow our
guest to access the elevators or escalators first. Many are trying to
catch their bus ride. Will Rogers has only 1 set of elevators which
access the underground parking. When breaking down your booth and
transporting items to your vehicle, Will Rogers prefers you exit the
North end of the exhibit hall. Where the loading/unloading docks are
FROM THE NORTH: Take I-35W south to downtown Fort Worth – Exit I-30 West towards Abilene – Travel approximately three miles past downtown Fort Worth to the Montgomery Street Exit (Exit 11) – Turn north (right) on Montgomery Street. Right on Harley, Left on Gendy.
FROM THE SOUTH: Take I-35 north to downtown Fort Worth – Exit I-30 West towards Abilene – Travel approximately three miles past downtown Fort Worth to the Montgomery Street (Exit 11) - Turn north (right) on Montgomery Street. Right on Harley, Left on Gendy.
FROM THE EAST – Take I-30 West approximately three miles past downtown Fort Worth to the Montgomery Street (Exit 11) – Turn north (right) on Montgomery Street. Right on Harley, Left on Gendy.
FROM THE WEST – Take I-30 East to the Montgomery Street (Exit 11) – Turn north (left) on Montgomery Street. Turn Right on Harley and Left on Gendy.
