    Effective and Efficient Governing

Here in Tarrant County, we have developed strategies to ensure that all citizens have access to county information and the ability to participate in public discussion. These strategies include:

    Tarrant County OpenBooks

OpenBooks was created to provide a one-stop, comprehensive site through which information about the business of county government could be located and navigated. Interested individuals have easy access to information so that they can participate in the decision-making process by developing informed points of view and contributing in a timely manner. Access Tarrant County OpenBooks.

    County’s Strategic Plan

The Commissioners court developed a five-year strategic plan from 2014-2020. Details of that plan can be read here.
