These are often low-cost or free, and are mostly held on one or more of our education rooms at the Dr. Marion J.     Free HIV, STD Testing in May

    Free testing in May at various locations and every Friday at the Resource Connection.

    Red ribbon, Take Charge, Take the Test, Free HIF, STD Testing

    During May, Tarrant County Public Health will offer free HIV and STD testing at various locations throughout Tarrant County and every Friday from 9 a.m. - noon at the Resource Connection, Building 2300, located at 1100 Circle Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76119.     Zika Workshop

    A continuing educational opportunity ongoing until June 4, 2019

    The recent outbreaks of Zika virus and increase in reported related birth defects have presented new and challenging questions. The body of knowledge related to Zika is emerging. This ZIKA Workshop aims to give the healthcare provider some answers and quidelines for talking to patients about Zika and testing when appropriate. Physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers and certified public health professionals will benefit from completing this activity. This program was developed by the University of North Texas Health Science Center and Tarrant County Public Health.
